Work-integrated learning (WIL) offers a win-win for everyone - students, business, iwi, community groups, schools and other organisations. Local business and other organisations can utilise students' knowledge and resource to complete projects while helping to develop future talent. For students, WIL provides an opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
WIL is a compulsory component of all University of 十大网堵正规平台’s undergraduate degrees. Find out more about work-integrated learning.
Student volunteers for community groups and not-for-profits organisations
Community and not-for-profit organisations can access student knowledge and resource for volunteer roles through the Employability Plus Programme (EPP).
Volunteer activities are a great way for students to develop the skills required by employers while helping local community groups.
